Featured in Speaking Volume, a book design and altered book exhibition at SCAD's Alexander Hall Gallery in Savannah, Georgia.
Global Warming is an altered book exploring the escalating wildfire crisis and its connection to a changing climate. The cover introduces the experience with the message, “you are here for a short visit. don’t hurry, don’t worry. global warming along the way.” By physically burning the book, the destruction of its pages becomes a metaphor for the destruction of the trees from which paper originates.
